This year Miley Cyrus looked pretty, proper and prim. Cyrus was just perfect! Kate Beckinsale, although we’re quite tired of seeing her in mermaid gowns, we can’t deny they look darn good on her. Michelle Kwan and Taylor Swift also looked extremely elegant (The Jonas Brothers must be eating their hearts out). Good job ladies!
